What's stopping you from achieve your dream? You might say something like, money, the right connection, more knowledge. Right? And you'd be wrong.

Get that out of your head. That's a myth!

Did you know that money is never a barrier to entry? That's right! Okay, I know you've heard it takes money to make money. But let me tell you this... Although that statement is true, it doesn't have to be your money.

What you really need is creative ideas. Think about it this way: If you can get people with money excited about your ideas, they will put their cash in your hands.

Well, assuming you have a great reputation and integrity. If not, don't waste your time ready. You'll never achieve meaningful success.

Right now, I know many people who will come on board with me because they believe in me. They know I have great money making ideas. And they know I have integrity. They can trust me.

Let's say you want to buy a home for investment and you don't have any cash. Well, you can put a plan together and show exactly how you can double the money in three years. If your argument makes perfect sense, people with money will join you.

In fact, I know someone who brokers several multimillion dollar deals in the commercial real estate market all year around. He never comes up with any of his own money. All he brings to the table is his ideas.

Does that make sense to you? Since I don't have the time to cover knowledge or connections here, let me say you already have enough knowledge. And of course, you can make the right connections if you want to.

What you really need is to take the time to think, plan and execute!

How To Get What You Want

The best way to get what you want is to stop thinking about it and take some action. Yes, yes, yes... I know you probably were expecting some deep secret from me. Sorry.

Success is not complicated. We tend to complicate it. How many times do you have to hear the same information before you start doing it? I know for some of you reading this, the answer is your whole life.

That's where our frustrations come from. We think we have enough time. We keep saying, "Some day I will." Well, sorry.. there's no such thing as some day. The time is now.

I came to America with $5, two shirts and one pair of pants. I had no connection or resources. I took massive action with very little knowledge and today I am living the American Dream.

I bet you probably have a large reservoir of knowledge in your head or in your library and you are still looking for more. Listen... You don't need any more knowledge. You need to take action. Go ahead. Stop cruising the net and digging for more. Apply what you know.
