Are You Really Serious About Success?

Well, don't tell me how bad you want to succeed. I think it's much better to tell yourself. I don't mean to be tough. This is not what this is about. But too many of us are living a lie...An illusion. We talk too much about it!

Success is not an event. It's the culmination of many events. If you think about it, inertia is the enemy of success. When I say event, I am talking about doing something to make it happen. Now you don't have to move a mountain to create an event. Although sometimes you might have to do so.

Have you ever met people who just can't keep their mouth shut when they around you? They will tell you everything they are going to do. I mean, if you are going to do something to better your life, just do it. Then talk about it later.

Why go around and tell others if you are not going to do it. You see what I mean? First, we have to develop the discipline to take consistent action--even when it's inconvenient. Yes, it make be a little painful now. But the rewards are great. Plus others will respect you for doing what they have been thinking about.

Always keep in mind that regrets are more painful than discipline. I encourage you to start now, not later. Do something regardless of how small it may be.

Maybe what you really need is a kick or a push to help you go from inertia to action. You may need something to inspire and touch you a the cellular level. Thousands wrote to let me know how my book No Condition is Permanent has changed their lives. Click on this link for more info about the book Success Story.

I chat with you later. Yes, you can!
